The roots have been hand crafted and excavated out of the ground as part of the National Indonesian Eco Programme which encourages regrowth of forests and promotes sustainable livelihoods for local people. The 1.5m Teak root is our most sought after size from our root family, as many of our customers live in quaint cottages, city apartments and impressive statement homes around the country. The twists and turns of the root can really be appreciated with the crystal clear glass top, once paired with the Windsor Ring Back Chairs it adds a touch of sophistication and is a real statement dining set which has a flow of chrome upholstery tacks throughout to keep the style vintage yet modern all at once. Comfort is a priority when planning a dinner party and you will not be disappointed with the foam filled seat that features sprung webbing to give ultimate comfort and support.

The glass we use is toughened safety glass that is 10mm thick with beveled edges, which makes this glass top extremely heavy. It simply rests on top of the root and is supported very safely by the structure of the root base underneath. To find our more about our glass cleaner click here.
